I looked forward to the soup today. It was very delicious and easy to digest too. Be sure to add loads of garlic to the recipe for a good digestion (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nfj8jJkYKeg). By the end of the day I did get rather tired. It was a day that seemed a little low on energy for me. I don’t like milk very much but put a few bananas with the milk and blended them into a milkshake. Sure helped!
