Day 3- A mash up – All veggie and fruit day

21st April, Weight: 53.9 kgs

I seemed a little flushed with the new diet setting in and all the cleansing. The third day got me some energy back. Did some stocks shopping too. Picked up all that I needed for the coming week- bananas, slim milk, brown rice. Did some zumba exercise too. All-in-all a good day!
